? Daily administrative work. Controls stock and consumption and orders stationary, printed material and office supplies .Distributes and circulates memos, letters, and other written communication. Assist the departments to complete the monthly attendance records

? Establishes and maintains effective employee and inter-departmental working relationships. Establishes and maintains internal and external departmental working relationships.

? Handles or forwards inquiries from clients, suppliers, competitors and other members of the local community. Arranges internal/external appointments for Director of F&B.

? Collect all reservation sheets booked the previous day for circulation.

? General typing to include “THANK YOU” letters, letters of confirmation, etc. (Food &Beverage office correspondences), memos, weekly sales and forecast reports and inter – department meeting minutes.

? She is to assist the outlet managers in typing place cards for VIP guests and table name cards and etc. She should ensures that all function orders are property distributed to departments concerned and that changes are made out in the function order change from and distributed as soon as possible as and when required.

? She is to maintain all inter-departmental reports/memos and write letters/memos as and when necessary. Is responsible for all filing work required either in chronological, numerical or alphabetical order. That of the hotel.
